With its proximity to the town centre, we enjoyed exploring local attractions with ease. The facilities at the hotel were adequate, featuring a spacious room that comfortably accommodated my family of three. Each morning, we relished a nice breakfast that catered to various tastes, setting a pleasant tone for our day. A standout moment was the staff's kindness. We were offered a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival, which certainly added to our comfort. They also provided a helpful service by holding our luggage while we explored Pulau Weh, allowing us to enjoy our time without the burden of bags. I noticed that the hotel created an inclusive atmosphere, making it easy for families, including ours, to relax and engage.
